CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE WITHOUT GIVING MY CREDIT CARD INFO? If you do not like to enter your credit card information on the web, please place your order online (see "HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER" below) At the payment option choose “call me for credit card info This will place your order without requesting credit card info. We will begin to process your order and call you for your credit card information.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?:
At the basket you prefer click “add to cart. This will bring you to the shopping cart. Enter your gift message in the space provided.
At the bottom of the page choose “go to payments. (Note: If you’d like to remove something from the cart, put a zero in the quantity space and then click “recalculate.)
On this page enter your billing information and the address you’d like the basket shipped to, then the shipping information and click “continue on the bottom of the page. On this page you may also enter your desired shipping date. [If you receive a page that says “Form entries incomplete or invalid, just click “back to return to the previous page and enter required information and click "continue"]
You are now on the payment options page. Choose which method you prefer and enter your CC information. If you do not want to enter your CC information online choose “call me for Credit Card info. You will then receive an acknowledgement of you order. Please have your credit card number, the expiration date and the verification code (last 3 digits on back of card or for Amex 4 digits on front of card) ready when we call as we need your information before shipping your gift.
WHAT IS YOUR LOCAL SHIPPING CHARGE? The New York Metro area is in our local shipping area, meaning if you order by 4 p.m. Eastern time it will be shipped the following day and received the next (2 days from order day, excluding Sunday- i.e. if ordered by 6 p.m. on Monday it will ship Tuesday and be received on Wednesday). When shipping to NY sales tax is added but if you enter "NY" in the voucher box you will receive a discounted shipping rate.
WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE AND WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME? Most orders are shipped USPS priority mail, which is normally received in 4 days or less as opposed to other shipping services which make take up to a week or more. This also means we can ship to P.O. Boxes with the exception of gifts mentioned in the NOTE below. We securely wrap and package each basket and ship as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours, unless you requested a specific shipping date at checkout. Holiday orders and bakery items require extra time, so please order early! * NOTE: Larger and heavier packages shipping to the Mountain and Western states are shipped by UPS and require extra time. This is to avoid additional shipping charges for our customers. Some bakery and individual products also ship by UPS. Any gift shipped via UPS cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
CAN I SHIP MULTIPLE BASKETS TO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES? The quickest way is to place one order online and enter “I’ll email with the information in the message box. On the next page, just enter your shipping address. (your receipt will say it’s going to be shipped to you- you may ignore that as it’s an automatic response) Continue with the order, choose “credit card for your payment option and enter your credit card information. (if you choose Paypal we will send you an invoice which you’d need to pay before we process the entire order)
Then, email us with your name, the number of baskets you would like (if different baskets, add the name of each separate one), the messages for each basket (remember to include a signature) and the shipping address for each. We will get back to you with the total later in the day.
This method will save you the time having to go back and reenter all the information for every basket.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES? We do everything to keep our shipping and handling charges as close as possible to the true charge. We do not try to make any money on it. As of 10/17/10 we have reviewed all baskets and have found a way to actually lower our previous shipping charges- Update: these haven't changed as of 11/7/11! To view a specific price add the basket to the shopping cart- shipping rate will show. You can keep adding baskets and the shipping changes to show the rate of the last basket added. To remove products from cart, enter 0 and click recalculate at the bottom of the page. We charge by basket price, per basket. If you are shipping multiple baskets to one address, please call for pricing. If we are able to ship more than one in each box we will adjust the shipping prices. Overnight shipping charges are approximately $30 in addition to the the rates shown at checkout.
*Gifts being shipped to NY receive a discount on shipping by entering "NY" in the voucher box at checkout. Sales tax is added after the shipping address is added.
DO YOU SHIP OVERNIGHT?

CAN YOU SHIP TO HOSPITALS AND/OR HOTELS? We strongly recommend NOT shipping to hospital or hotels. Please be advised that we cannot be responsible for orders not received due to circumstances beyond our control. We agree to be responsible to have the order arrive at the hotel or hospital as requested, however we cannot guarantee the hospital or hotel will deliver it to the recipient in a timely manner. If it is forwarded you are responsible for the condition of the basket after being forwarded. We securely wrap and pad each basket to arrive in perfect condition, however they are delicate and do not endure multiple shipping processes well. WHAT IF I PROVIDE AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS OR THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED? Sometimes the postal service will not accept an address that we are given. If so, we will notify you by email and hold the gift until we hear back from you. We strongly suggest you check your email the day it is being shipped to be sure it went out. You will receive a shipping number if it is sent. If the postal service accepts the address given and it is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you, you will be charged the basket and shipping price. Any gift returned because of circumstances beyond our control (with no error on our or your part) will be refunded the basket price only. If the return is due to an error on our part, you will be refunded the entire amount plus a bonus of 10% off your next basket. This guarantee is provided for online orders only. If you discover the mistake before it is returned, we may be able to have it forwarded. If so, you are responsible for the condition of the basket after being forwarded. We securely wrap and pad each basket to arrive in perfect condition, however they are delicate and do not endure multiple shipping processes well.
CAN I HAVE A BASKET SHIPPED TO OTHER COUNTRIES? I'm sorry to say we no longer ship to other countries since there are special circumstances involved with the shipment, such as customs forms, extra shipping charges, etc.
DO YOU EVER CHANGE ANY OF THE PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN A BASKET? All items for our baskets are kept in stock, however sometimes a supplier may be late in shipping or our stock item has changed. If that occurs, we will substitute an item of equal or better value. You may also request a specific product to be added or substituted however the price will be different to reflect the changes.
